Here is a list of what I have. Foodwise.
oats, rice, pasta, couscous, some dried beans n barley broth mix, a jar of curry, and a half jar in the fridge
some pesto, some olive oil some soups two tins of beans and two slices of bread, a few onions and a couple of carrots, a small hunk of cheese and just over a pound of gammon
I have salt, pepper and a small amount of Olive oil and some low cal spread and half a tube of Tomato puree
I also have powdered milk, sugar and coffee
